Creating a Love for Learning with Your Child

Giving children a wide foundation of knowledge on a variety of subjects will help them find school and learning more interesting than those who do not. 

As parents, we have the privilege and responsibility to share the world with our kids. 

Talking with your child about life's everyday experiences can provide great learning opportunities.  We should not only talk, but also listen to our children. Answering questions, or helping them find the answers, will help your child develop a sense of value and self-respect. 

Many times we only think activities such as going to the zoo, museums, or shows provide the only platform for learning.   But, there can be just as much educational value in everyday activities, such as going to the bank, going grocery shopping, or doing a project at home. 

Parents just need to plan ahead a little to help their child discover the world.
